Child Sexual Abuse Survivors Need Accountability From Institutions, Not Just Perpetrators

Paul Linnenburger and Maggie Lane are using their experience representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse to help a survivor of Robert Apodaca, who abused children in Santa Fe Public Schools, the Boy Scouts, and Santo Nino Regional Catholic School. Perpetrators are drawn to organizations and institutions that will permit them to commit these acts without sufficient oversight or supervision. Our attorneys are committed to holding those institutions accountable as many times as it takes to change a culture that allows abuse to flourish.
