Lane Linnenburger Lane Continues to Doggedly Pursue Justice for Apodaca Survivors

Our attorneys continue their years' long work to uncover the breadth and scope of abuse perpetrated on the children of Santa Fe by Robert Apodaca and to help those survivors obtain justice. The latest filing in this lawsuit contains allegations that outline a troubling lack of meaningful action by those that could have stopped Apodaca within Santa Fe Public Schools, including some that have earned promotions since.

We will continue to fight on behalf of survivors until the culture of permissibility that failed to protect the children of Santa Fe is replaced with one of empathy and care for the most vulnerable among us.
